Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; Preferred in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of architectural designs/engineering concepts and processes.
• Ability to travel weekly and work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the bidding and awarding processes for GC's, CM's, individual subcontractors and various suppliers for Food Lion-contracted projects.
• Prepare contracts, purchase orders, processing, and payment of all requisitions and invoices for Food Lion-contracted work.
• Oversee construction activities for new store, expansion and remodel projects to ensure timely completion.
• Lead weekly project construction and operations meetings with stakeholders.
