Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; Preferred in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong ability to lead projects through influence and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage bidding and awarding processes for GC's/CM's and subcontractors.
• Prepare contracts, purchase orders, and process requisitions and invoices.
• Oversee change orders and ensure timely payments to reduce costs.
• Review ARCH/MEP drawings for accuracy and conformance to standards.
• Develop and implement cost-saving ideas and value engineering.
• Plan stores, expansions, and remodels with detailed phase plans and milestones.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Real Estate, Operations and other stakeholders.
