Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to maximize profitability and ensure brand standards.
• Create exceptional customer experiences through a client-focused approach.
• Assist in implementing visual merchandising directives to reflect brand strategies.
• Ensure replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Support loss prevention, safety policies, and company procedures.
• Assist in training, operations, sales, inventory management, and store administration.
• Foster development and accountability within the team.
• Process information or merchandise through the POS system.
• Support Store Manager in hiring qualified candidates.
• Be flexible and perform duties outside the specific role as needed.
