• Requires 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to maximize profitability and ensure brand standards.
• Create positive customer experiences through strong client focus and team collaboration.
• Implement visual merchandising directives to support brand strategies.
• Ensure replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Support loss prevention and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist in training, operations, inventory management and store administration.
• Develop and hold the team accountable for performance.
• Process information through the POS system and computer systems.
• Assist in selecting and hiring qualified candidates.
• Flexibly perform duties beyond the explicit role when needed.
