You will coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates to build a high-performing team, execute store strategy, and achieve performance goals in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team.
• Retail passion and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
