Athleta is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store team and bring the brand to life for customers. You will drive profitable sales through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development, partnering with leadership to coach a high-performing team that delivers a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and your team.
• Passion for retail and fast-paced environment.
• Metrics-driven to deliver results.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to drive store sales and deliver results.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
