Athleta is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, coach the team, and drive profitable sales. You will collaborate with the General Manager to execute the store strategy, manage merchandising, and elevate the customer experience while developing Leaders, Experts, and Brand Associates.

You will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing operations, and ensuring flawless in-store execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience (1–3 years)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication with customers and team
• Passionate about retail in a fast-paced environment
• Driven by metrics to meet business goals
• Willing to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and move around store areas
