Athleta in the United States seeks an Assistant Manager to set the store tone, lead the team, and bring the brand to life for customers. You drive profitable sales growth through customer and product operations, merchandising and talent development, in partnership with the GM/AGM to build a high-performing team.

You will recruit and coach Brand Associates and Experts, own your area of responsibility, implement plans to maximize efficiency, perform Service Leader duties, and ensure SOP execution

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
