Athleta is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive profitable sales growth through customer operations, merchandising, and talent development, supporting execution of the store strategy with your GM/AGM.

This role requires 1–3 years in retail management, a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to coach Leaders, Experts, and Brand Associates to achieve performance goals.
