Job summary

Athleta is seeking an Assistant Manager in Boca Raton to set the tone for the store and coach the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will drive profitable sales through operations, merchandising and talent development, partnering with the GM/AGM to execute the store strategy and coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates for high performance.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing teams, maximizing efficiency, performing Service Leader duties, and ensuring SOPs

Qualifications

• A current or former retail employee with 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Able to recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Able to utilize retail technology and operate on the sales floor, stockroom and office.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability with a customer-centric approach.
• Lead and coach store team to deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Implement store strategy, merchandise execution and SOPs.
• Represent the brand and stay aware of competitive retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement and leverage omni-channel initiatives.
