Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team and customer interaction.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the sales floor, stockroom and office.

Responsabilités

• Drive store sales and profitability through customer focus, product operations, merchandising, and talent development.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans to maximize efficiency.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Lead and coach the team to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
