You will oversee daily operations, manage performance, and drive sales while maintaining store standards and brand integrity. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical skills, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays, with proficiency in retail software and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a retail team and meeting sales targets.
