Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and guide a customer-focused team. You will drive profitable sales growth through operations, merchandising, and talent development, partnering with the GM/AGM to execute store strategy and coach Leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class experience.

In this role you’ll recruit and develop staff, own your area of responsibility, optimize processes, perform Service Leader duties, and ensure consistent SOP execution

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communicator with customers and team.
• Thrives in fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including holidays.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through customer service, product operations, merchandising.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Represent the brand and understand the competitive retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement and omnichannel customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
