Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the store tone, drive profitable sales, and coach a Brand Associate and Expert team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will collaborate with the GM/AGM to execute the store strategy and lead through coaching and mentoring across shifts.

You will manage operations, merchandising, staffing, and compliance, while leveraging omni-channel tools to create a seamless shopping experience and meet performance goals in a fast-paced retail

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication to interact with customers and team.
• Retail-focused with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven by metrics to meet business goals.
• Lead and mentor others through coaching.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to use retail technology.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store sales and results with a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent SOP execution.
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
