Job summary

Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager who will set the tone for the store and team, driving profitable sales growth across customer service, merchandising, and talent development. You will support the execution of store strategy with the General Manager to deliver a best-in-class experience for customers.

You will recruit and coach Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates, manage assigned areas, and ensure operations align with brand standards while contributing to a fast-paced, inclusive team

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through customer-centric strategies.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own your assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement and omni-channel experiences.
• Ensure compliance with all standards.
