Job summary

Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and team, driving profitable sales through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. You will support store strategy with your GM/AGM, coaching Leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

Previous retail management experience required.
Strong communication skills with customers and teams.
Able to leverage retail technology and systems.

Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
Own assigned area and execute action plans for productivity.
Lead Service Leader duties and ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
Understand competitive retail landscape and promote community involvement.
