Job summary

Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and our team, driving profitable sales growth through operations, merchandising and talent development. You will support execution of the store strategy with the General Manager to achieve performance goals and coach Leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will lead a high-performing team, implement action plans, manage service leader duties, and ensure SOPs are consistently followed,

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
• Represent the brand and understand the competition and retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
