Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and team, driving profitable sales through customer experience, operations, and merchandising. You will work with the General Manager to coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates toward high performance.

You will recruit and develop staff, implement plans to maximize productivity, and ensure standard operating procedures are followed to deliver a frictionless omni-channel experience.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
