Reporting to the General Manager, you will coach Leads and Brand Associates, recruit and develop teams, ensure standard operating procedures are followed, and promote community involvement while leveraging omni-channel tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
