Job summary

Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store teams and bring the brand to life for customers. You will drive profitable sales growth through store operations, merchandising, and talent development, working with the General Manager to coach Leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will guide strategy execution to meet performance goals, oversee a high-performing team, and model the brand’s values in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through customer-centric strategies.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiency.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
