Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the store tone and lead a fast-paced team. You will drive profitable sales through customer operations, merchandising, and talent development, partnering with the General Manager to coach leaders and deliver strong results.

As a supervisor, you’ll recruit and develop Brand Associates, ensure consistent execution of store processes, and leverage omni-channel tools to create a seamless customer experience. Flexibility for variable shifts is expected.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and team.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store sales through customer-centric strategies.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and plan actions.
