Old Navy is hiring an Assistant Manager to set the store tone and lead a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive profitable sales through customer focus, merchandising, and talent development, working with the General Manager to coach Leads and Brand Associates.

You will recruit and develop teams, own areas of responsibility, and ensure standard operating procedures are consistently executed while staying aware of the retail landscape and competition.

Qualifikationen

• Retail management experience in a store setting (1–3 years).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with coaching ability.
