Job summary

Absolute Storage Management in Shepherdsville, KY seeks a Property Manager to handle in-person and phone-based rental processes, drive sales, and maintain excellent tenant relations. You will oversee daily operations, maintain property appearance, and coordinate with partners on rental programs.

The role requires at least one year in property management or related sales, with a focus on service quality, organization, and reliable transportation for occasional driving tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales or retail environment preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer service-related environment preferred.
• Property Manager: at least one year of experience preferred.
• Background screening will be conducted at time of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with renting units in-person, via phone, or through advertising opportunities, and enhance sales through deposits and moving supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and guiding customers through rental processes.
• Resolve issues professionally and positively.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the office and surrounding areas; keep organized records.
• Shop local competitors in-person and online; report findings to supervisors and other departments.
• Monitor rates, specials, and revenue-related factors.
• Perform daily admin tasks including handling cash, balancing receipts, posting payments, and deposits.
• Assist tenants with rentals through programs such as U-Haul, Penske.
