Job summary

Absolute Storage Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to drive client happiness and multitask across rental sales, customer service, and daily office operations. You will assist tenants, guide new customers through processes, and maintain property grounds and records.

A background in sales or retail and at least a year in property management is preferred, with a strong sense of urgency and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales or retail environment preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer service-related environment preferred.
• Property Manager: at least one year of property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with renting units in-person, via phone, and through advertising/marketing opportunities; enhance rentals and move-ins.
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and offering solutions; guide new customers through rental processes.
• Resolves issues professionally and positively.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the office, restrooms, grounds, and vacant units; keep well-organized records and perform minor maintenance and inspections.
• Shop local competitors in-person and online; report rates and specials to supervisors and other departments; perform additional marketing functions as needed.
• Monitor rates, specials, and revenue-related factors.
• Perform daily administrative tasks including handling cash, balancing receipts, pursuing collections, posting payments, deposits, and auctions per policy and laws.
• Assist tenants with completing rentals through programs such as U-Haul, Penske, or company-owned rental truck services when applicable.
