Qualifications

Experience in Storage Rental Industry is a plus but not required.
Ability to talk to customers and handle inquiries effectively.
Willingness to move around properties and work independently.

Responsibilities

Drive sales by explaining services and following up with potential customers.
Provide customer service and resolve complaints to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain and clean storage units and property, including daily walks and vendor coordination.
Handle deposits and basic administrative tasks, such as paperwork and reports.
Coordinate with other teams and communicate clearly to ensure smooth operations.
