Job summary

Public Storage in Kentucky is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, assessing storage needs, upselling packing supplies, and performing daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent.

Successful candidates will have a background in customer-service sales and a valid driver's license with their own vehicle for travel between properties. This is a full-time role with mileage reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Transportation: valid driver's license and own vehicle to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers get to work independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of the daily business.
• Help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
