Job summary

Absolute Storage Management in Nashville is seeking a Floating Assistant Manager to support multiple properties across the area, approx. 24 hours per week. You’ll build relationships with teams and tenants, drive rentals, and ensure smooth operations across sites.

A high school diploma is required; sales/retail experience and comfort in a fast-paced environment help you thrive in our culture of leadership, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales or retail environment preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer service-related environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with renting units in-person and via phone, and through advertising opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and guiding rentals.
• Resolve issues professionally and positively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of offices, restrooms, grounds, and vacant units; keep records organized.
• Monitor rates, specials, and revenue-related factors; report findings to supervisors.
• Handle daily administrative tasks including cash, receipts, payments, deposits, and auctions.
• Assist tenants with rentals through programs like U-Haul or Penske where applicable.
