Job summary

Absolute Storage Management, LLC. is seeking a Property Manager (aka Client Happiness Hero) to handle in-person rentals, phone inquiries, and marketing initiatives. You will deliver exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and maintain organized records across office and property areas.

The role emphasizes a high-urgency, multitasking environment with opportunities for growth and cross-department collaboration within our storage facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Experience in sales or retail environment preferred.
• Property Manager: at least 1 year of property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with renting units in-person and by phone; promote rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and guiding customers through rental processes.
• Resolve issues professionally and positively.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization; keep records and perform minor maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Research local competitors and report rates and promotions to supervisors; assist with marketing as needed.
• Monitor rates, promotions, and revenue-related factors.
• Handle daily administrative tasks including cash handling, balancing receipts, and posting payments.
