Job summary

Absolute Storage Management, LLC. is seeking a Property Manager to assist customers with renting units in-person and via phone, identify storage needs, and guide tenants through the rental process.

The role includes handling daily office duties, maintaining clean facilities, and monitoring rates to optimize revenue. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and prior experience in sales or retail, plus at least one year in property management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales or retail environment preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer service-related environment preferred.
• Property Manager: at least one year of property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with renting units in-person, by phone, and through advertising/marketing opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and guiding rentals.
• Resolve issues professionally and positively.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the office, restrooms, grounds, and vacant units; keep records and perform minor maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Monitor rates, specials, and revenue-related factors.
• Handle daily administrative tasks including cash handling, balancing receipts, posting payments, and deposits.
• Assist tenants with rentals through programs such as U-Haul, Penske, or company-owned rental trucks.
