Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking staff to greet customers and manage the customer storage pickup process in a fast-paced retail setting. The role includes verifying identities, collecting pickup information, and delivering orders using the POS system.

You will help customers with product questions, stock shelves, and maintain safety standards. Candidates should have at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of store staff.
• Proficient computer skills and basic internet coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the storage buy pickup process.
• Verify identity and ensure authorization for pickup.
• Obtain required customer information for pickups.
• Deliver pickup orders and process in POS per SOP.
• Maintain product knowledge to assist customers with questions and selections.
• Stock and clean products per Floor & Decor brand standards.
• Follow safety lifting procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
