The role requires strong product knowledge and excellent communication. Applicants should have at least one year of retail sales experience, be self-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the storage buy pick-up process.
• Verify the identity of the person picking up storage buy orders.
• Obtain required customer information for all pick-ups.
• Deliver storage buy orders in POS while following SOPs.
• Assist customers with product knowledge and selections.
• Keep products clean and stocked per brand standards.
