Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate to greet shoppers and efficiently manage the in-store storage buy pickup process. You will coordinate pickups, verify customer identity, and ensure all orders are correctly entered into the POS system.

The role requires excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining knowledge of products and providing top-notch assistance to customers.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the car topper program.
• Follow phone answering SOP and verify identity of customers picking up orders.
• Obtain required customer information for all pick-ups.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting and handling.
• Be knowledgeable about products and assist customers with questions and selections.
• Clean and stock products according to brand standards.
