Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a customer-oriented associate to greet shoppers and manage the customer storage buy pick-up process. The role supports both full-time and part-time positions.

Responsibilities include verifying pickup identity, collecting required information, processing orders at POS, and following lifting safety procedures. This role emphasizes product knowledge and courteous service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with all levels of store management and store associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet coordination experience.
• Self-starter who performs well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the car topper program.
• Demonstrate knowledge and comply with the company’s phone answering SOP.
• Verify the identity of the person picking up the storage buy orders to ensure authorization.
• Obtain required customer information on all storage buy pick-ups.
• Deliver storage buy orders in POS.
• Comply with safety SOPs for lifting practices.
• Be an expert in product knowledge and assist customers with questions and selections.
• Stock and clean products to Floor & Decor’s brand standards.
• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core roles.
