Qualifications

• One year of retail sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Strong computer and internet project coordination skills.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up with the car topper program.
• Follow phone answering SOP.
• Verify pickup identity and authorization.
• Obtain required pickup information from customers.
• Deliver pickup orders in POS.
• Follow lifting safety SOP.
• Provide product knowledge and assist customers with questions.
• Clean and stock products per brand standards.
• Uphold company core roles in daily work.
