Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring for a position that greets customers and oversees the customer storage pick-up process. You will manage pickup activities, verify identities, and deliver orders using the POS system, all while maintaining Floor & Décor brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the company\'s car topper program.
• Demonstrate knowledge and comply with the company\'s phone answering SOP.
• Verify the identity of the person picking up the storage buy orders.
• Obtain required customer information on all storage buy pick-ups.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting practices.
• Be an expert in product knowledge and assist customers with questions and selections.
• Clean and stock products according to Floor & Décor\'s brand standards.
• Act in a manner consistent with the company\'s core roles.
