Job summary

Floor & Decor in San Gabriel, CA is hiring for a Customer Service Associate with a focus on greeting customers and managing storage buy pick-ups. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with a pay range of $18.57 to $23.75 per hour.

You will assist customers, verify identities, handle POS pickups, and maintain product knowledge while following company SOPs. This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of store management and associates
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the company’s car topper program.
• Demonstrate knowledge and comply with the company’s phone answering SOP.
• Verify the identity of the person picking up the storage buy order(s).
• Obtain required customer information on all storage buy pick-ups.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS.
• Comply with safety SOP for lifting practices.
• Be an expert in product knowledge and assist customers with questions and selections.
• Clean and stock products per Floor & Décor brand standards.
• Act and work in a manner consistent with company core roles.
