Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with management and associates
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the storage buy pickup process.
• Follow the company SOP for phone answering and customer interactions.
• Verify identity of pickup person to ensure authorization.
• Obtain required customer information for storage buy pickups.
• Deliver storage buy orders in POS system.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Clean and stock products according to brand standards.
• Work in accordance with safety lifting procedures and company policies.
