Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring for roles that involve greeting customers and managing the customer storage pick-up process in a fast-paced environment.

The position is available as both full-time and part-time, with base pay starting at $15.15 per hour and higher starting pay based on experience. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, reliable computer skills, and the ability to verify customer identity and process orders in the POS.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the storage buy pick-up process.
• Demonstrate knowledge and comply with SOPs for phone answering.
• Verify the identity of the person picking up orders and obtain required info.
• Deliver storage buy orders in POS system.
• Stock products and maintain brand standards.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Support safety procedures for lifting and handling objects.
