Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking team members to greet customers and manage the customer storage pick-up process. Positions include full-time and part-time roles with responsibilities to verify pickup identity and collect customer information.

The role requires strong communication and familiarity with retail operations, with emphasis on safety and product knowledge. Team members will deliver orders, stock and clean displays, and follow SOPs for phone handling and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their needs.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process and POS deliveries.
• Follow phone SOP and verify the identity of pickup personnel.
• Collect required customer information for storage buy orders.
• Deliver storage buy orders and adhere to lifting safety SOPs.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist with questions and selections.
• Clean and stock products according to brand standards.
