Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring to greet customers and efficiently manage the storage buy pick-up process. Both full-time and part-time roles are available. You will assist customers, stock shelves, and ensure safety while lifting, following company SOPs.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to handle fast-paced environments and basic computer tasks.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of staff.
• Solid computer skills and internet coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the storage buy pick-up process.
• Follow SOPs for phone answering and customer verification.
• Verify pickup identity and obtain required customer information.
• Deliver orders in POS and maintain safety lifting practices.
• Provide product knowledge and assist with questions and selections.
• Clean and stock products according to brand standards.
• Support core company roles in day-to-day tasks.
