Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a customer storage pick-up associate to greet customers and manage the storage buy pickup process in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of store staff.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet storage buy customers and manage the pick-up process.
• Verify identity of the person picking up orders.
• Collect required customer information for each pickup.
• Deliver pickup orders in the POS system.
• Adhere to safety SOPs for lifting and handling.
• Provide product knowledge and assist with questions.
