Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring for a customer service associate to greet customers and manage the storage buy pick-up process in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will verify pickup authorization, collect required information, process orders at the POS, and maintain product knowledge to assist with questions and selections. The role includes lifting, stocking, and adhering to safety SOPs and company brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the storage buy pick-up process.
• Verify pickup authorization and obtain required customer information.
• Deliver storage buy orders at the POS and maintain safety SOPs.
• Provide product knowledge and assist with questions and selections.
• Clean and stock products per brand standards.
