Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring for a role that greets customers and manages the customer storage pick-up process in a fast-paced retail environment. The position supports both full-time and part-time schedules, with pay starting at a minimum base of $15.15 per hour and higher depending on experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail sales experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the car topper program.
• Demonstrate knowledge and follow SOP for phone answering.
• Verify identity of person picking up to ensure authorization.
• Collect required customer information for all pickups.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS.
• Comply with safety SOPs for lifting tasks.
• Be an expert on product knowledge and aid customer questions/choices.
• Clean and stock products per Floor & Decor brand standards.
• Align actions with company core values.
