United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Manager of Account Development to lead our global Account Development function and scale a high‑performing team across a SaaS sales organization. You will coach teammates, partner with Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, and Customer Success, and drive accountability and growth.

In this role you will coach and develop the pipeline, analyze data, forecast performance, and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global account development teams in SaaS.
• Strong CRM and data analytics experience.
• Proven ability to exceed pipeline targets.
