Cribl seeks a Sales Engineer Specialist for its Storage & Analysis portfolio to act as a trusted technical advisor and help customers understand the value of Cribl solutions. This role partners with Sales to accelerate opportunities and provide feedback shaping the product offering.

The role supports multiple time zones in a remote-first environment, with travel up to 30% and a base salary aligned to geographic location. Cribl offers a comprehensive benefits package and an equity program.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs of experience in logs, metrics, observability, IT operations, or security in a customer-facing role.
• Proven experience selling into both new and existing customers.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent AND 3-5 years of customer facing experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in cybersecurity, data analytics, or AI/ML technologies.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Understand the value of Cribl's Storage & Analysis products throughout the sales process.
• Partner with a Product Sales Specialist to develop and execute sales strategies and drive pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with the Field team to develop demos and selling artifacts reflecting customer usage patterns.
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during initial sales calls.
• Deliver sales presentations, present technical information, and conduct Proof of Value events.
• Guide customers through proof-of-concept activities for successful outcomes.
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
