You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, work with Sales to drive pipeline, and craft compelling demos and value propositions for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs of experience in logs, metrics, observability, IT operations, or security in a customer-facing role.
• Experience selling into both new and existing customers (landing and expanding).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent AND 3-5 years of customer facing experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in cybersecurity, data analytics, or AI/ML technologies.

Responsibilities

• Explain value of Cribl's Storage & Analysis products throughout the sales process.
• Partner with a Product Sales Specialist to develop sales strategies and drive pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with Field team to develop demos and selling artifacts reflecting customer usage patterns.
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during initial sales calls.
• Deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Value events.
• Guide customers through proof-of-concept activities and help ensure successful outcomes.
• Document use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
