Cribl is seeking a Sales Engineer Specialist for its Storage & Analysis portfolio. This role thrives in customer-facing settings, owning outcomes and exceeding sales goals.

You will be a trusted technical advisor, collaborating with Sales to accelerate opportunities and shaping the product through customer feedback. The position requires 5+ years in logs/observability or related fields, travel up to 30%, and residence in the Eastern Region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with logs, observability, IT ops, or security solutions.
• Proven track record selling into new and existing customers and expanding accounts.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 3–5 years in a customer-facing role or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Explain Cribl's Storage & Analysis value to customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Product Sales Specialist to develop and execute sales strategies and drive pipeline growth.
• Develop demos, presentations, and selling artifacts reflecting customer buying patterns.
• Demo the product and answer questions during initial sales calls and meetings.
• Lead proof-of-value activities and help customers achieve successful outcomes.
