The role suits someone who thrives in customer-facing environments, owns outcomes, and has a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

As a trusted technical advisor, you will demo solutions, partner with Sales, develop compelling content, guide PoC efforts, and contribute to blog posts and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing sales engineering or related role.
• Experience selling into enterprise accounts with observability or IT security.
• Ability to lead demos and value-based discussions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and reside in Eastern US.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Cribl Storage & Analysis products to prospects.
• Collaborate with Sales to build strategies and drive pipeline.
• Develop demos, content, and presentations reflecting buyer patterns.
• Deliver product demonstrations and Proof of Value events.
• Guide customers through PoC activities and ensure outcomes.
• Document use cases in blogs and product docs.
