Cribl is hiring a Sales Engineer Specialist for the Storage & Analysis portfolio. This remote-first role covers the US Eastern region, collaborating with Sales to drive opportunities and deliver compelling demos and Proof of Value events.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers understand Cribl's value, and contribute to blog posts and documentation with real use cases. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Formación

• 5+ yrs of experience working with logs, metrics, observability, IT operations, or security solutions in a customer-facing role.
• Background of successfully selling into both new and existing customers.
• Ability to teach consultative selling methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent AND 3-5 years of customer-facing experience OR equivalent combination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in cybersecurity, data analytics, or AI/ML technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl's Storage & Analysis products during the sales process.
• Partner with Product Sales Specialist to develop and execute sales strategies and drive pipeline growth.
• Collaborate to develop demos, presentations, and selling artifacts reflecting customer usage patterns.
• Demo the product and answer questions during initial sales calls.
• Deliver sales presentations, conduct product demos, and run Proof of Value events.
• Guide customers through proof-of-concept activities and ensure successful outcomes.
• Document use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
