Cribl is seeking a Sales Engineer Specialist to drive adoption of Storage & Analysis products. This role requires communicating value to customers, supporting sales strategies, and creating compelling demos and content across time zones.

You’ll collaborate with the Product Sales Specialist, deliver technical presentations, and lead Proof of Value engagements to move opportunities forward. Remote-first environment with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with logs, metrics, observability, IT operations, or security solutions in a customer-facing role.
• Experience selling into both new and existing customers.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; 3–5 years in a customer-facing role or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Understand the value of Cribl's Storage & Analysis products for customers throughout the sales process.
• Partner with the Sales Specialist to develop and execute sales strategies and drive pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with Field team to create demos, presentations, and selling artifacts reflecting customer needs.
• Demo the product and answer questions during initial sales calls.
• Deliver sales presentations, conduct product demos, and run Proof of Value events.
• Guide customers through proof-of-concept activities and help ensure successful outcomes.
• Document use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
